I have Colorzilla (to pick colors from pages), Firebug (of course), YSlow (I'm involved in the development of this one), Web Developer Toolbar. The red cross is HTML Tidy, I also recently installed AdBlock since Firebug started crashing on me when loading content from third party domains (damn you, googlesyndication.com!). I'm so happy browsing ad-free now, although it feels a bit like stealing, maybe that's part of the fun too.
The two identical icons - one of them is for an extension I started working on (nowhere near complete), the other one is testing a tool I started working on that creates extensions (hoping to "launch" this wek) Both icons are actually taken from my favorite image viewer IrfanView.
Extensions I also use, but not seen here: Fasterfox, LiveHTTPHeaders, Extension Developer.
Mmmm, I use great number of extensions: Colorzilla, Firebug(+YSlow), Web Developer Toolbar, LiveHTTPHeaders as you and some that you not using: GreasyMonkey, Mouse Gestures (when I so lazy to touch keyboard), SeoQuake (great seo tool), FireFTP, Twitbin (to twittering), Firefox Google Bookmarks (to synchronize with Google Bookmarks), FancyNumbered Tabs (just modify tabs a little), Extended Statusbar (status bar in Opera style), CuteMenus (add icons to each menu item) and Locationbar

Wow, nice collection!
I forgot LiveCoder (http://stevesouders.com/livecoder/) sort of a basic firebug for firefox extensions.
