I work with Movable Type primarily and I recently wrote a small MT template that minifies the CSS when the file is built, making it really easy for me to keep my formatted CSS template in SVN that will minify when published on the server. I noticed that you do a few things I have overlooked, so I'll need to revisit the script and extend it! Of course, MT is such a small niche that it not really something for the YUI team to look into, but after I make my changes I'll be sure to release it to encourage MT developers to further optimise their sites :) That is a very neat script, and it’s great to see it integrated with YSlow to make it even easier to access.
