The red cross is HTML Tidy, I also recently installed AdBlock since Firebug started crashing on me when loading content from third party domains (damn you, googlesyndication.com!). I'm so happy browsing ad-free now, although it feels a bit like stealing, maybe that's part of the fun too. The two identical icons - one of them is for an extension I started working on (nowhere near complete), the other one is testing a tool I started working on that creates extensions (hoping to "launch" this wek) Both icons are actually taken from my favorite image viewer IrfanView.
